IAA-Licensed · UK-Regulated Advisers

Guiding you through every step of your immigration.

Settled Status, naturalisation and British citizenship for children — prepared properly, at a fixed fee, by an IAA-registered adviser. Entirely online, in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

Settlement · Pre-Settled to Settled

Pre-Settled Status? Turn it into Settled.

Five years of continuous residence gets you Settled Status. We check your absences, your evidence and your timing before you apply, so the switch goes through first time. Get it right and it is permanent: Settled Status does not expire, and it is what opens the door to citizenship.

Citizenship · Naturalisation

Settled already? Become a British citizen.

Naturalisation has strict residence, absence and good-character rules. We audit all of them against your history before a penny of the Home Office fee is spent. Apply at the wrong moment and the fee is gone and you start again, so timing is the first thing we look at.

Children · Citizenship Registration

Your child may already have the right.

Many children born in the UK, or to a settled parent, can register as British citizens outright. We check whether yours qualifies — before you pay for a visa you may not need. Registration is permanent, it cannot be lost later, and it usually costs less than the visa route families assume they need.

Visitors · Business, Study, Academic, Marriage

Coming for a while? Get the visit right.

Business visits, short courses, academic stays and Marriage Visitor visas. Refusals here usually come down to intention and funds — the two things we evidence properly. We also check that what you actually plan to do is permitted on a visit, which is where business travellers most often slip.

FAQ

Free Assessment
How long does it take?
It depends on the route. Standard Home Office processing for family applications runs to about 24 weeks from outside the UK, or 8 weeks from inside. Priority Service can cut that to roughly 30 or 5 working days for an additional Home Office fee. Settlement and naturalisation timings differ again — we give you the current figure for your route at the consultation.
What documents will I need?
It depends on your history. Family and settlement applications rest on four pillars: the financial requirement, proof of relationship, accommodation, and English language. You get a checklist built for your case, not a generic list.
Can I include my family?
Usually yes. Minor children can be included as dependants, and some children have a direct right to register as British citizens — which is often cheaper and permanent. We check that first.
Is there a risk of refusal?
Yes, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you. The Home Office has no tolerance for missing documents or errors. What professional support does is find and fix the weaknesses before submission, not guarantee a result.
Do you work online?
Entirely. Consultations are by video call, and documents go through an encrypted client portal where you can also track your case in real time. Very little needs to happen by phone.
Can you help me if I am not in the UK?
Yes. Because the service is digital, where you live is not a barrier. We act for clients applying from outside the UK and for those already in it, in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.
